Rhonda Nerenberg -Founder and Chief Health Innovation Officer
Rhonda is a registered nurse with a Bachelors of Science (BSN), a nutrition educator with a Masters of Science in Nutrition Education (MSNE), a is nationally board certified as a health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), and she has completed graduate work at both Georgetown and Duke Universities in integrative medicine leadership and health coaching.
Rhonda has been married for 30 years and is the mother of 10 children (5 are adopted). She started the path towards Weltrio in 1999 when her pediatrician put two of her daughters on a six month regimen of preventive antibiotics for ear infections.
Hoping there was a better way, she started studying nutrition and quickly moved into nursing and health care with a focus on integrative medicine. Discovering that payers were an important part of the wellness solution, Rhonda researched the insurance market.
She effectively combines her knowledge of medicine, nutrition, behavior change, and insurance to help find the most cost effective ways to save money. She works directly with corporations to help their employees live healthier and happier lives, bringing insurance utilization down.
Rhonda created Weltrio to (1) Save Money, (2) Optimize Benefits, and (3) Improve Health. She LOVES what she does! Rhonda has successfully disrupted the current broken healthcare system for over seven years now, touching lives, saving money, lowering insurance costs, improving health, and putting money back into the pockets of companies and families.
Billy - CEO
Billy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading high-growth companies in the government and private sectors. As a visionary strategist and results-driven leader, he has successfully scaled organizations, optimized operations, and forged key strategic partnerships.
Before joining Weltrio, Billy led multiple organizations through rapid growth, driving revenue from $10M to $120M while implementing innovative cost-saving strategies. His expertise in federal contracting, business development, and operational excellence has made him a trusted leader in the industry.
At Weltrio, Billy is dedicated to transforming healthcare benefits by implementing strategic solutions that reduce costs, enhance employee well-being, and drive organizational success. His leadership is focused on reshaping the healthcare landscape by prioritizing efficiency, transparency, and proactive care management.
Jacob - COO
Jacob is excited to contribute to the Weltrio team, and their mission to have a meaningful impact on people’s lives. He is particularly focused on developing the Weltrio platform to help businesses reduce healthcare costs while enhancing the health and well-being of employees and their families globally.
Jacob has a strong interest in technology that he has developed through a career that began at Micron and Intel nearly 20 years ago. More recently, he has held senior leadership roles at multiple companies across the United States. His unique blend of military service, software engineering experience, and an MBA in strategic management enables him to provide exceptional value to organizations and drive transformative growth.
Roscoe Allen - VP of Operations
Roscoe is a senior executive with over 25 years in the project management and logistics industry. He has an MBA and is certified in lean, six sigma, and process mapping. He has worked for a variety of companies such as Ford, Amazon, SRP, Houghton Oil and many others. With this diverse background he is able to ensure Weltrio will be able to maximize your health care spend.
Monique Maletich -Wellness Program Administrator
Monique has been involved in the health & wellness industry for over a decade both as an Internationally Trained physical trainer and nutrition specialist.
She has studied in both Canada and the United States and has witnessed firsthand the damaging disconnect between miseducation and healthy lifestyle management. She believes in creating a wellness plan that has a multifaceted, yet individualized approach that includes the patient.
Her passion is mental health advocacy and implementing healthy lifestyle modifications through nutrition, exercise, and stress management to promote longevity while preventing and reversing disease.
Burgandy Brittain -Business Development
Burgandy is a trained laboratory scientist specializing in biochemical human nutrition. She has a degree from Brigham Young University. She loves data and loves to teach people what their lab numbers mean and how to get them to a healthyrange.
She is passionate about the body's self-healing properties when properly fueled with solid nutrition. Her personal mission in life is to crush the out-dated “calories in vs. calories out” method with new data-driven science. Burgandy is also a big people person. For Weltrio, Burgandy finds companies who want to save money and provide awesome benefits for their awesome employees.
Riley Choque -Operations
Riley is a passionate registered nurse with a bachelors degree from Weber State University. As a medical professional with broad experience in emergency medicine and critical care, she has seen firsthand how the lack of proper health habits and poor education has led to unnecessary ER visits, chronic medications, and escalating medical care requirements, eventually resulting in overwhelming medical care expenses.
Frustrated with the current healthcare system, Riley joined Weltrio to help make a difference in people’s lives by addressing the problem at its roots and ultimately changing our health care system from the inside out.
